2. No forums and boards

3. Your site must have a good layout and content

4. Only regularly updated sites

5. No sites with stolen pictures, graphics etc.

6. I accept PCD sites at freewebs/piczo etc. only with good layout

7. If you don't get a reply from me in a week, you were not accepted

8. Please don't take it personal if I didn't accept your site
